摘要
采用控制圈问卷和主观幸福感简易量表对345名学生进行问卷调查,探讨大学生主观幸福感的发展特点及控制圈与主观幸福感的关系。结果显示:大学生的性别和专业在人际控制、社会政治控制、生活满意度和健康感受上差异显著;控制圈的三个维度与正面情绪显著正相关,与负面情绪显著负相关,人际控制与生活满意度、健康感受显著正相关;个人效能和人际控制感对总体幸福感有显著的正向预测作用。所以,大学生的控制圈影响他们的主观幸福感。
In order to study the developmental features of Subjective Well-being and the relationships between Spheres of Control and SWB among college students,we chose 345 college students for a questionnaire survey and used Spheres of Control Scale and a short version of SWB-scale.The results show：①There were significant differences in interpersonal control,sociopolitical control,life satisfaction and health percep-tion between sexes and specialties respectively.②There were significant positive correlations between three dimensions of Spheres of Control and positive affect respectively.There were significant negative correlations between three dimensions of Spheres of Control and negative affect respectively.There were significant positive correlations between interpersonal control and two dimensions of life satisfaction,health perception respectively.③Personal efficacy and interpersonal control were significant positive predictor of global SWB.It was concluded that individuals’ Spheres of Control impact their Subjective Well-being.
