摘要
目的:提高中药调剂质量,降低调剂差错率。方法:对中药房调剂差错原因进行分析,提出相应的质量管理改进措施。结果:通过加强中药调剂质量管理,能有效地抑制和减少差错事件的发生。结论:中药调剂是整个临床医疗工作中的重要环节。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the reasons of TCM dispensing errors in TCM pharmacy in order to reduce the rate of dispensing errors. METHODS：The reasons for pharmacy dispensing errors in TCM pharmacy were analyzed to propose improvement measure. RESULTS：TCM dispensing quality management can effectively control and reduce the occurrence of pharmacy errors. CONCLUSIONS：TCM dispensing is important link of clinical work and the guarantee of clinical efficacy.
