摘要
结合相关的实践工作经验来看,在电力企业生产建设活动的开展过程当中,电力安全事故的诱因、过程以及结果都与"人"有着相当紧密的联系。为了搞好电力企业安全管理工作,就需要坚持"以人为本"的工作理念。本文从这一角度入手,在对"以人为本"理念基本内涵进行分析的基础之上,分别从思想层面、政策层面以及措施层面入手,探讨"以人为本"在电力企业安全管理工作中的应用要点,希望能够引起各方关注与重视。
With the combination of practical work-related experience, in development process of production and construction activities among electric companies, the causes, process and results of electrical safety incidents have a very close relationship with the ＂man＂. In order to improve the safety management of electric companies, the ＂people-oriented＂ philosophy needs to be adhered to. Starting from this point, based on the analysis of the connotation of ＂people-oriented＂ concept, this article discusses the application of ＂people-oriented＂concept in the safety management of electric companies respectively from the ideological level, policy level and measures level, to catch each side＇s concern and attention.
