摘要
目的研究分析YL-1型微创针治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的临床疗效。方法对313例慢性硬膜下血肿患者采用YL-1型微创针治疗,回顾性观察其临床疗效。结果全部患者均治愈出院,随访观察中并发症发生率及复发率较低。结论 YL-1型微创针治疗慢性硬膜下血肿疗效确切,能有效减少术后并发症,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the curative effect of YL - 1 type ground needle aspiration in the treatment of patients with chronic subdural hematoma. Methods 313 cases of chronic subdural hernatoma by YL - I type ground needle aspiration in our hospital from DEC 2005 to DEC 2013 YL - 1 type aspiration needle treatment were retrospectively studied. Results All patients were cured, follow - up observa- tion of the complication rate of observation group was 5.8%. Conclusion The curative effect of YL - 1 type broken needle in patients with chronic subdural hematoma is exact, which can effectively reduce the postoperative complications, alleviate the patients＇suffering, so it is wor- thy of clinical application.
