摘要
分析X-射线测厚仪系统结构和工作原理,对系统的结构进行整合与优化;提出采用高速单片机进行数据采集与处理的简易型X-射线测厚仪的设计方案;设计一套数据采集处理模块软硬件系统。
The structure of the X- ray thickness gauge system is integrated and optimized after analyzing its systemstructure and working principle. This paper has proposed a new data acquisition and processing for compact type X- ray thickness gauge based on high - speed microcontroller. It has designed hardware and software systems of dataacquisition and processing module and Produced a prototype.
