摘要
由于城市空间结构和地区经济发展的不均衡,城市出租客运市场的需求具有诸多不确定性,其供求关系很难达到平衡.基于可信性理论,选用测度三角模糊数来度量出租车实际需求量,并结合实际出租车保有量求得供应缺口.然后根据"一乘客一车"的比例,推算出现有出租车保有量和客运缺口各自对应的乘客人数,在考虑合乘的情况下,结合合乘人数的概率分布,确定合乘车辆数占保有量的比例,进而预测出合乘的需求量.最后通过算例,验证了该模型的可行性.
Due to the economic development,unbalanced urban space structure and uncertain urban taxi market demand,it is difficult to achieve the balance between supply and demand.Based on the credibility theory,this paper selects the measure of triangular fuzzy number to measure the demand of taxi-pooling,and to calculate the supply gap with combination of actual number of taxicab.Then,in accordance with the ratio of ＂a passenger in a taxi＂,the number of passengers which corresponds to the taxi retains and the supply gap is calculated.In consideration of the taxi-pooling,and with combination of the probability distribution of carpooling people,this paper is bound to determine the proportion of taxi-pooling in actual taxi as well as taxi-pooling demand.Finally,a case study is employed to prove its feasibility.
