摘要
承钢公司生产的公称直径为32 mm PSB930预应力混凝土用螺纹钢筋在疲劳测试过程中未达到5×106次应力循环的要求,对试样断口的形貌、化学成分及金相组织进行了分析,发现疲劳试验过程中钢筋过早断裂是由试样表面缺陷引起的。同时,对表面光滑的试样按相同方法做疲劳试验,均达到标准要求。据此,认为该批钢筋满足疲劳标准要求,对试样加工进行了规范。
The 32 mm PSB930 deformed steel bar produced by Cheng Steel for pre - stressed concrete can not meet the requirement for fatigue strength in test: 5 × 10^6 times stress circulation. It is analyzed the morphology of fracture surface, chemical composition, metallographic structure of samples. It is discovered that the too - early broken of the bar in test is caused by the surface defects of the sample. Whereas the samples with smooth surface all reach the standard in the same fatigue test. Based on that this batch of bars is considered to meet fatigue strength standard, at the same time, the sample working is regulated again.
