摘要
大学毕业生离校未就业现象越来越普遍,离校未就业毕业生的跟踪与服务已成为近年来高校职业指导工作的新增的重要内容。高校应充分认识离校未就业现象的复杂性,认真研究产生此类现象的原因,坚持从实际出发,敢于责任担当,努力打造教育提升、宣传引导、供需对接、就业援助平台,扎实做好离校未就业大学生的职业指导工作。
It has become a common phenomenon for college and university graduates to be unemployed after they leave school.Accordingly,tracking and serving unemployed graduates has become a new but important part of occupational guidance colleges and universities provide.Colleges and universities must fully understand the complication of the phenomenon and do serious work to study the causes. They must proceed from the actual situation,be brave to bear responsibility and work really hard to uplift their education level,intensify publication and guidance,make the supply meet the demand and offer timely and continuous employment assistance to their students,including those who have gradu-ated but remain unemployed..
