摘要
人才在地区城镇化进程中具有积极的正向意义。构建地区人才吸引力程度的评价体系,从地区经济水平、人才生活环境与就业环境等3个方面进行综合测度,运用熵值分析评价地区的人才吸引力水平,得到广西2000-2012年地区人才吸引力的各个指标权重,其中,一级指标权重分别为0.4238(地区经济)、0.2983(就业环境)、0.2780(生活环境)。在此基础上运用相关分析和回归分析证实了人才吸引力与地区城镇化水平的正向相关关系;运用主成分回归分析探究地区人才吸引力各维度对城镇化的影响,结果表明:地区经济水平与人才的就业环境是吸引人口迁移至城镇的重要影响因素。
Talents has positive significance in the process of urbanization. Based on the construction of evaluation system of regional talents' attractiveness, from 3 perspectives including the economic level, living environment and employment environment, this paper adopts entropy evaluation to get the weight of each index value of Guangxi from 2000-2012 :one level index weight is 0. 4238 (economic level) ,0.2983( employment environment) ,0. 2780 (living environment). Based on the correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper confirms the positive correlation between regional talents' attractiveness and the level of urbanization and explores each perspective's influence on urbanization by using principal component regression analysis. Results show that:the regional economic level and talents'employment environment are important factors to attract talents moving to the cities.
