摘要
随着移动通信的迅速发展,飞速增长的用户数量与有限的频率资源这两者之间的矛盾越来越突出,如何能高速有效地分配有限的通信频率是通信公司的重要任务。针对此问题,采用混合遗传算法为通讯基站分配通信频率,该分配算法违约率低,分配速度快,可以在规定频率范围和时间内生成最优频率分配。
With the rapid growth of mobile communication,conflict between the increasing number of users and the limited frequency resource is becoming more and more serious. How to effectively distribute the limited frequency resource is an important task of communication companies. To solve this problem,hybrid genetic algorithm could be used. The default rate of this allocation algorithm is low and the speed of distribution is fast,which can generate optimal frequency of distribution in a specified frequency range and time.
