单绒毛膜性双胎选择性胎儿生长受限1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者，女，33岁，因“孕35＋2周，瘢痕子宫，双胎，发现一胎儿胎死宫内半天”于2013年11月29日入院。患者平素月经周期较规则，5／30d，量中，痛经（-）。未次月经2013年3月27日，预产期2014年1月4日。此次妊娠为自然受孕，孕期无正规产前检查。因孕35＋2周来院产检，B超提示：“双胎晚孕，左侧胎儿未见胎心及胎动，头位，双顶径（biparietaldiameter，BPD）57mm，颅骨环塌陷，胎儿腹腔内结构紊乱，未见胎心及胎动。
