摘要
高职生是高等职业教育的主要对象,要培育合格的高级职业技术人才,离不开综合素质的培育及其提升。深入探讨了当前高职院校学生在人文素质、科技素质、职业素质等方面存在的不足,并对引发原因进行了具体分析,最后提出了加强和改进高职院校学生素质教育的具体对策。
In order to accelerate the economic and social development of border areas, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission initiated the program in February 2000 to develop the border areas of engineering and improve people＇ s lives.The program has made great development. Education is the key project of the program. The article reviews the achievements of the educational development of the program in border areas of Guangxi, analyzes the interaction of the program and the development of education, summarizes the experience of the previous stage and proposes some suggestions for developing the education of Guangxi border in next Program.
