摘要
以‘徐薯25’与‘徐22-5’及其正反交F1为材料,研究甘薯薯块品质性状的遗传倾向。结果表明:‘徐薯25’与‘徐22-5’F1薯块品质性状大多为多基因控制的数量性状。F1鲜薯块类胡萝卜素含量有变小的趋势,正反交遗传传递力仅分别为39.72%和62.61%,变异系数却高达119.24%和87.18%;鲜薯淀粉含量呈趋中遗传,平均遗传传递力为96.66%;F1还原糖含量介于双亲间的比例较低,超高亲与低于低亲的比例较高,出现向两级分化遗传的趋势;可溶性糖含量趋中变小变异,平均遗传传递力和变异系数分别为82.25%和21.93%;粗蛋白含量呈超中趋高遗传变异,正反交后代超高亲率分别为15.53%和16.28%。
‘ Xushu 25' , ‘ Xu 22-5' and their offsprings of reciprocal crossing were used to study genetic tendency of some quality traits. The results showed that most of the storage n)ot characters were quantitative and controlled by polygonic. The carotenoid content in fresh storage root was observed to be smaller than parents in the generation, with the average transmitting ability and average coefieient of variation as 51. 17 % and 103.21% respectively. The starch content in fresh storage root tended to be mid-paront, with the average transmitting ability as 96.66 %. As regards reducing sugar content in fresh storage root of the generation had opposite genetic tendency when ' Xushu 25' or ' Xu 22-5 ' was as pollen parent. The rate between the two parents of reducing sugar content was lower, while the rate higher than higher-parent or lower than lower-parent was higher, so reducing sugar content appeared to two-levels of genetic differentiation trend. The soluble sugar content in flesh storage root was investigated to be mid-parent end lower than parents, with the average transmitting ability as 82.25 %, and with the average coeficient of variation as 21.93 %. Compared with parent' s storage root, increase of crude content in fresh storage root was obtained in the hybrids, 15.53 % end 16.28 %, higher than those of parents respectively based on average values.
