心房颤动并卒中患者急性期抗凝治疗后出血性转化一例并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 心房颤动（简称房颤）患者罹患卒中后开始抗凝治疗的时间及对于老年房颤患者是否给予抗凝治疗，一直是存有争议的问题。本文报道1例非瓣膜性房颤的老年卒中患者急性期抗凝治疗后发生出血性转化的临床资料，并分析其出血性转化的原因。
