摘要
老年慢性失眠症是老年人最为常见的睡眠障碍。老年慢性失眠症多为共病性失眠,常伴发于原发性睡眠障碍、精神障碍及老年相关慢性疾病。由于老年人睡眠结构及睡眠觉醒节律发生改变,使老年慢性失眠症更多表现为早醒及白天片段睡眠。病因治疗是老年慢性失眠症的基础,对失眠症的治疗包括认知-行为疗法、药物治疗等。相比药物治疗,认知行为疗法应用于老年慢性失眠症治疗更为安全、有效、持久。
The aged chronic insomnia is the most common sleep disorder in the elderly people. Most aged chronic insomnia are comorbid insomnia complicating with the primary sleep disorders, mental disorders and age related chronic diseases. The major clinical manifestations of aged chronic insomnia are awakening and fragments sleep in the daytime because of the changes in sleep structure and sleep-wake rhythm. Etiological treatment is the cornerstone for aged chronic insomnia. Cognitive behavioural therapy and drug therapy are the main treatment for insomnia. Compared to drug therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy is more safe, effective and durable in elderly people.
