摘要
托克托发电有限公司创建600WM火电机组汽水系统阀门综合管理平台,对影响热耗的汽水系统主要阀门泄漏状态实时在线监测和诊断,在线定量分析阀门泄漏状态,异常时系统自动报警,便于点检员根据阀门泄漏程度和泄漏时间制定合理的维修策略。通过工程实践证明,该系统为节能管理、点检员绩效管理、阀门选型优化管理提供分析手段与统计数据。
