摘要
应用PRO/II软件对乙烯装置精馏塔进行流程模拟,通过灵敏度分析得到了各工艺参数对再沸器能耗的影响,利用线性回归方法得到优化模型。对过程参数进行优化,得到最佳进料温度、回流比和塔压力。
Process simulation is made to the distillation tower of ethylene plant by using PRO/II Software,the influence of various parameters on the reboiler energy consumption is obtained through sensitivity analysis,and the optimized model is obtained by using regression method.The optimum temperature,reflux ratio and tower pressure are obtained by optimization of process parameters.
