摘要
为了增加纳米氧化铝与有机材料的相容性和节约能耗,文章研究了在常温条件下以月桂酸为改性剂对纳米氧化铝进行表面改性的过程。研究了月桂酸的量、改性溶剂的选择、改性时间对纳米氧化铝改性的影响并优化了改性工艺。优化的工艺条件为:改性溶剂,二氯甲烷;改性剂的量,4%;改性时间,60分钟。在该工艺条件下,改性后纳米氧化铝的活化度可以达到93%以上。
In order to increase the compatibility of nano-Al2O3 with organic medium and reduce energy consumption further, this article discussed the surface modification of nano-Al2O3 using lauric acid as modifier at room temperature. Reaction conditions were optimized including he amount of laurie acid as modifier, the modification time, modification solvent and recycle of chloroform. Under optimal modification conditions (solvent, diehloromethane; amount of stearic acid, 4 %; modification time, 60 minutes), the product with activation degree of 93 % can be obtained.
