摘要
改革开放30多年以来，我国的经济取得了飞速的发展。随着经济的发展，城市的规模和数量也越来越大，与之配套城市道路建设也迅速增长。城市道路往往由政府出资，因其资金性质的特殊，要求在城市道路工程建设中实行全过程控制。
Since more than 30 years of reform and opening-up, Chinese economy has achieved rapid development. With the development of economy, the scale and number of city is gro-wing and the urban road construction is also increasing. Urban roads are often funded by the government, because of its special properties, which cal ed for process control in the con-struction of urban road engineering.
