摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展，我国的建筑行业取得了一定的成就。工程概预算是建筑工程根据最初的工程特点，概算工程定额、指标，预算工程所有费用的一种经济软件，是影响工程进度的重要因素。本文就对建筑工程概预算控制措施进行了研究。
With the continuous development of market eco-nomy, construction industry has obtained certain achievement in China. Project budget is a kind of economy software and an important factor that affecting the project progress. This sof-tware can estimate the project quota, index and budget al the costs of construction project under the original project chara-cteristic. This paper studied the control measures of construc-tion project budget.
