摘要
湿地公园在设计中很难把握“严格控制”和“设计优先”的相互关系，在指导实际建设中存在大量问题。本文结合西安浐灞国家湿地公园实际案例，对城市湿地公园控制性详细规划中的用地划分、控制对象等内容进行了初步探讨。
It’s difficult to grasp the relationship between＆quot;Stri-ctly Control＆quot; and the ＆quot;Design Priority＆quot; in the wetland park construction, which has a lot of problems in practical const-ruction. This article bases on the actual cases of ChanBa nati-onal wetland park in Xi＆#39;an, and carries on the preliminary di-scussion of the land division, control object and so on in the urban wetland park land control ing detailed planning.
