摘要
运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法,分别采用核心力量训练方法和常规力量训练方法对少儿体操运动员核心区域进行力量训练.结果表明:核心力量训练方法能更有效提高核心区域的肌肉力量,尤其是对核心区域肌肉耐力有着常规力量训练方法不可比拟的训练效果.
By means of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, we address the core strength training method and the conventional strength training method to train the core muscle strength of juvenile gymnastics athletes. The experimental results show that the core strength training method can effectively improve the muscle strength of the core region and is more so in enhancing the muscle endurance.
