摘要
工民建工程是我国经济发展的一个缩影，只有重视工民建工程中的管理工作才能使工程的质量得到进一步提升，才会有利于国家经济的发展。本文分析了工民建工程施工管理中存在的一些问题，并提出了相应的应对措施，为今后的工民建工程施工管理提供参考。
The civil engineering is a microcosm of China's economic development, must pay atention to the civil engi-neering management in order to make the project quality has beenfurther improved, will be conducive to the development of the national economy. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the construction management of civil engineering, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, to prov-ide reference for the construction management of civil eng-ineering in the future.
