摘要
精品酒店是体验经济下酒店市场产品类型进一步细分的结果,作为高端酒店中的新兴产品,精品酒店已成为酒店开发与设计的热点之一。本文结合广泛深入的国内资料调研,从管理模式、地理位置、营建方式三个方面对精品酒店的概念与内涵进行类型细分,总结出国内精品酒店的主要特征,并提出三点设计原则。
Boutique hotel is the further subdivision of the hotel types under the experience economy. As the burgeoning product of the tophotels, boutique hotel has become one of the hot products in the hotel development and design. Based on the extensive and deep research on the domestic information, this article makes a division of the concept and definition of the boutique hotels in China in three aspects including management modes, geographical locations and construction measures. It makes a summary of the main characteristics of domestic boutique hotels and puts forward three basic principles for the design.
