时代在发展，城市在变迁。城市道路已不仅仅是为人流、车辆通行提供的通道，它更应该成为城市的装饰，给人以美的感触。本文从交通规划、道路设计、交通组织设计等方面，阐述了城市旧路改造中人性化的设计理念。
Era in the development and the city in transition. Urban road is not just channels for people and vehicle traffic, it would be more become the decoration of the city and give a person with beautiful feeling.
