摘要
本文介绍超声在诊断小儿先天性胆总管囊肿中的重要作用以及超声图像特点厦鉴别诊断提供参考。临床上胆总管囊肿并非罕见，东方人患病率较高，女性多于男性，多见于儿童或年轻成人。彩色超声诊断仪在诊断小儿先天性胆总管囊肿中有重要作用。本文收集了我院自2008年6月-2014年5月问经手术证实的先天性胆总管囊肿病人65例，并对其超声表现进行回顾性分析，以提高对该病的认识。
In this paper, the ultrasound in the diagnosis of pediatric congenital bile duct cysts and the important role of ultrasound image features and differential diagnosis. Clinical go up common bile duct cyst is not rare, Oriental prevalence is higher, more women than men, see more at children or young adults. Color ultrasonic diagnostic instrument in play an important role in the diagnosis of pediatric congenital bile duct cysts. This paper collected from June 2008 to May 2014 between congenital bile duct cysts, which was confirmed by surgery, the patient 65 examples, and the sonographic findings were analyzed retrospectively, in order to improve the understanding of the disease.
