摘要
对各类木材加工车间产生的废料形式进行了研究,针对各木材加工生产线产生的不同废料的特点,结合变频技术自动调节功率的优势,设计了基于PLC的变频智能清洁机器人。研究了变频控制系统的组成、硬件设计和软件设计,针对木材加工车间环境复杂的特点,研制了伸缩式吸尘头实现对车间角落夹缝的清理。实现了动态避障的设计避免对人员和设备造成危险,采用了无线充电功能保证了全程自动化工作。设计的自动清洁机器人能够智能识别废料种类,自动调节电机运行功率,为实现木材加工车间废料的智能化自动清洁提供了解决方案。
In this paper the form of various types of wood waste in the wood processing workshop was researched, According to the characteristics of different waste produced by each wood processing production line, using the advantage of frequency conversion technology automatically adjust power, frequency-converting intelligent cleaning device based on PLC was designed. Analyzed the characteristics of wood processing workshop environment complex, telescopic dust collector was developed to clean workshop corner cracks, the design of dynamic obstacle avoidance avoided dangerous for personnel and equipment, used the function of wireless charging to achieve unmanned management. Design of the automatic cleaning device could intelligent recognition of waste, automatically adjusted the motor operating power, fulfilled the intelligent of the waste wood processing workshop cleaning.
