摘要
为降低蔬菜产品农药残留风险,提高其质量安全,促进菜篮子工程的可持续发展,采用食品安全指数法对贵州遵义市2012—2013年蔬菜农药残留进行风险评价。结果表明:遵义市蔬菜农药残留风险低,除三唑磷外其余19种农药残留危害程度小,在可接受范围内。其中,三唑磷、氧化乐果和乙酰甲胺磷是主要的风险物质;甘蓝类蔬菜的农残超标率最高,为10.00%,其次是豆类和白菜类,分别为5.13%和2.50%;2012年第2季度的三唑磷和氧化乐果、2013年第1季度的三唑磷和第2季度的乙酰甲胺磷均表现残留危害程度大,超过可接受的范围;2012年2季度的乙酰甲胺磷残留呈现一定程度的危害,但仍在可接受范围内。
The risk of pesticide residues in vegetables produced by Zunyi City during 2012-2013 was evaluated by the food safety index method to reduce the risk of pesticide residues in vegetables,increase its quality safety and improve sustainable development of the vegetable basket proj ect.The results showed that the content of 1 9 pesticide residues in vegetables is within the acceptable scope,except for triazophos. Triazophos,Omethoate and Acephate are the main risk pesticides.The over standard rate of pesticide residues in kale vegetable is the highest (10.00%),followed by beans (5.13%)and Chinese cabbage (2.50%).Triazophos and Omethoate residues in the second season,2012,Triazophos residues in the first season,2013 and Acephate residues in the second season exceed the acceptable scope.Acephate residues in the second season,2012 is within the acceptable scope.
