摘要
[目的]通过肥料效应田间试验,了解不同氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)施肥水平下新温185号核桃叶片光谱反射率的变化特征,并检验其光谱指数是否存在差异性,以期为探索采用光谱技术监测其树体营养的可能性提供科学依据.[方法]基于“3414”肥料效应田间试验,使用单通道高光谱非成像光谱辐射仪(UniSpee-SC)测定新温185号核桃叶片在不同N、P、K施肥水平下的光谱反射率.[结果]新温185号核桃叶片光谱反射率依赖于波长,在510和680 nm附近出现吸收谷,在550 nm附近出现反射峰,在710~ 780 nm波段出现了一个陡峭的爬升脊,在810~1 000 nm波段出现了一个较高的反射平台.不同N、P、K施肥水平下,新温185号核桃叶片的光谱反射率依波长变化发生了一定程度的改变,并且叶片光谱指数ND705存在显著差异(P<0.05).[结论]存在利用叶片光谱反射率监测新温185号核桃树体营养的可能性,可尝试采用光谱技术监测其树体N、P、K营养的进一步研究.
[Objective] Through fertilizer effect field trials,the experiment aimed at in-deep understanding the spectral reflectance variations of Juglans regia ‘ Xinwen185’ leaves under different nitrogen (N) fertilizer,phosphate (P) fertilizer and potash (K) fertilizer amount treatments,and whether there were some differences in spectral indices was examined,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for exploring the possibility of monitoring its tree nutrition with spectroscopic techniques.[Method] Based on the "3414" fertilizer effect field trials,the spectral reflectance of J.regia ‘ Xinwen185’ leaves under different N,P and K fertilizer amount treatments were measured by non-imaging hyper spectral radiometer with single channel (UniSpec-SC).[Result] The spectral reflectance of J.regia ‘ Xinwen185’ leaves depended on the wavelength.There was an absorption valley around 510 nm and 680 nm,a reflectance peak around 550 nm,a steep climbing ridge at the band of 710-780 nm,and a higher reflectance platform at 810-1 000 nm.The spectral reflectance of J.regia ‘ Xinwen185 ’ leaves was altered to some extent with the wavelength variation under different N,P and K fertilizer amount treatments.Moreover,there was significant difference (P < 0.05) of the leaf spectral index ND705.[Conclusion] There remained the possibility that monitoring J.regia ‘ Xinwen185 ’ tree nutrition might take advantage of the spectral reflectance.A further in-depth study should be made on monitoring its tree N,P and K nutrition with spectroscopic techniques.
