丛枝菌根真菌的钙调素基因在共生过程中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 通过对丛枝菌根真菌(Glomus intraradices)中分离得到的钙调素基因序列进行分析,并利用实时荧光定量PCR(Real time PCR)研究该基因在共生体形成早期不同时间段的差异表达,以及在菌根共生体形成后,经胁迫处理,观察钙调素基因的表达量变化。荧光定量PCR结果表明,丛枝菌根真菌在与植物的共生过程中,存在钙离子激增现象,表明钙调素基因在共生早期的钙离子信号转导方面具有调控作用,而且在菌根真菌共生早期的菌丝生长过程中钙调素的调控作用可能与肌球蛋白的辅助有关。 The differential expression of calmodulin gene obtained from Rhizophagus irregularis (Glomus intraradices) in different symbiosis stages was studied with real time PCR.The changes of calmodulin gene expression were observed by forcing treatments after the formation of mycorrbizal symbionts.The results showed that calmodulin gene had surge phenomenon during the process of symbiosis between Rhizophagus irregularis and the plant.The calmodulin gene regulated signal transduction in the early symbiotic of calcium.The calmodulin gene was rapidly detected in the environment stress and triggered a series of cascade reaction related with myosin.
