摘要
解磷菌对于提高土壤中可溶性磷的含量、促进植物对磷的吸收具有重要作用。利用PVK培养基对黑龙江省海伦、北安地区大豆根际土壤中的解磷细菌进行初筛,共分离得到8株具有解无机磷能力的菌株。利用NBRIP培养基进行摇瓶复筛,培养3 d后,根据摇瓶中上清液的可溶性磷量的高低,筛选出5株解磷能力较强的菌株。其中海伦Ⅳ号的解无机磷能力最强,其培养液上清中的溶磷量可提高约10倍。研究中的技术体系可有效获得溶磷的细菌菌株,为进一步开发细菌磷肥打下了基础。
The phosphate-solubilizing bacteria in the soil play an important role for improving the phosphorus level in the soil and absorbing the phosphorus nutrition for plants.The phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) in the rhizosphere of soybean was isolated using modified PVK medium.Eight strains of PSB were isolated.Subsequently,5 strains of high-effective PSB were isolated according to phosphorus level in supernatant of culture solution after 3-day incubation in a liquid medium NBRIP.Hailun Ⅳ was found to possess the highest phosphate-solubilizing ability among 5 strains under the screening conditions.The soluble P in the supernatant of the culture of Hailun Ⅳ increased about 10-fold.The screening system can effieiently obtain PSB and is helpful to develop PSB phosphorus fertilizer.
