摘要
由于海原县的水库大多是修建于上世纪,经过多年的运行,大多数库坝淤积严重,防洪标准远远低于部颁标准,存在着各种隐患,直接威胁下游及周边地区的安全。本文主要根据海原县水库工程病害的调查,分析了破坏的形式及原因,并提出了整治措施。
Since the reservoirs of Haiyuan county are mostly built in the last century, and most of them are seriously deposited after many years of operation, the flood control standard is much lower than the ministerial standard, and there are all kinds of risks, which direct threats the safety of the downstream and the surrounding areas. Based on the investigation of reservoir engineering disease of Haiyuan county, this paper analyses the damage forms and reasons, and puts forward the improvement measures.
