Y-MCM-41介孔分子筛的合成及结构表征

摘要 水热法合成Y-MCM-41介孔分子筛,并采用小角X射线衍射分析(XRD),红外光谱(IR),X射线能谱分析(EDS),扫描电镜(SEM)等分析方法对所得样品的组成、结构进行表征。分析结果表明:金属钇掺杂的Y-MCM-41样品仍具有六方介孔结构,样品表面呈蠕虫状结构;EDS分析显示钇离子掺杂进介孔分子筛的孔道中,掺杂量与计算值略有差异;红外分析显示掺杂金属钇离子并没有改变MCM-41的骨架结构。 Y-MCM-41 Mesoporous Molecular Sieve were synthesized by hydrothermal method,The composi-tion and structure of the samples were characterized by X-ray ( EDS) analysis, Infrared analysis ( IR) , small-an-gleX-raydiffraction( XRD) ,scanning electronic microscope( SEM) etc. The results of showed that Y-MCM-41 of rare earth modified had the ordered hexagonal mesopore structure and shape of worm -like. The results of EDS showed that cerium ion have dopinged Mesoporous Molecular Sieve, Doped and calculated value have slightly differ-ent. IR analysis Showed that did not change the skeleton structure of MCM-41 by doping yttrium metal ions.
