摘要
为提高地下储气库井固井质量,延长储气库井使用寿命,研究了水泥环完整性对固井质量的影响。基于储气库井的特点,将常规水泥与FlexSTONE弹性水泥进行实验对比,认为弹性水泥固井能满足温度、压力交变作用的要求。将FlexSTONE弹性水泥在呼图壁储气库应用,HUK25井尾管实践结果表明,使用弹性水泥固井,水泥充填状况好,一、二界面胶结好。
For the sake of increasing the cementing quality of underground gas-storage wells and prolonging their service life, we studied the effect of the completeness of cement sheath on cementing quality. Moreover, an experimental contrast of conventional cement and FlexSTONE elastic cement was implemented according to some features of the wells. And we came to a decision that the elastic cement can meet the demand of temperature and pressure alteration. After that, the FlexSTONE elastic cement was applied to HUK25 well in Hutubi gas storage. Result shows that the cement filling is good.
