摘要
目的:研究超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与中国缺血性卒中亚型的关系,探讨hs-CRP在缺血性卒中发病过程中的作用机制。方法:对全部样本进行hs-CRP水平测定,据中国缺血性卒中亚型对177例住院缺血性卒中患者按病因、发病机制分型,探讨缺血性卒中各亚型与hs-CRP水平的关系。结果:缺血性卒中组血清hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),不同中国缺血性卒中亚型血清hs-CRP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清hs-CRP水平与缺血性卒中发生密切相关,在中国缺血性卒中不同亚型血清hs-CRP水平差异有统计学意义。
Objective:To make sure of the relationship between changes in the serum hs - CRP level and Chinese ischemic stroke subclassification(CISS)to explore the action mechanism of the serum high sensitive C - reactive protein(hs - CRP)in ischemic stroke. Methods:The serum hs - CRP level was measured in 177 ischemic stroke patients. They were classified into 2 major ischemic stroke subtypes based on the causes and pathogenesis to explore the relationship between the serum hs - CRP level and CISS. Results:The serum hs - CRP level in ischemic stroke groups was significantly higher than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). There was significant difference in the serum hs - CRP level between different Chinese ischemic stroke sub-types( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The level of serum hs - CRP is closely correlated to the incidence of the ischemic stroke and there is significant difference in the serum hs - CRP level between different Chinese ischemic stroke subtypes.
