摘要
矿山采用硐室水溶法开采低品位钙芒硝岩盐矿床。井下泵站在更换水泵时存在水泵进出水段与法兰盘的螺栓孔对孔错位,需动用氧焊将进出水管道割断后连接好法兰盘螺栓,再焊接起水管。采用技改措施改进法兰盘为活动法兰,法兰可沿连接管360度旋转,方便对螺栓孔,且可伸缩长度,不必割焊出水管就上方的闸阀孔位,更换水泵不动用氧焊。解决了在特殊环境下作业的安全隐患,减轻了员工劳动负荷,对类似矿山或泵站有借鉴意义。
The mine takes chamber solution mining to exploit low grade glauberite rock salt deposit. Pumping station underground has the problem of dislocation of the bolt hole of flange and the water inlet and outlet section of the pump when replacing the water pump. It has to cut the water inlet and outlet pipe with oxygen welding and then connect with the bolt hole of flange and at last wield the pipes. Improve the flange to movable one, and the flange can rotate 360 degrees along the pipes which is convenient for location the bolt hole. The length is scalable, in that case, it is not necessary to cut and wield water pipe for in place of the hole of gate valve and carry out oxygen wielding for replacing water pump. It solves the security hidden danger in the special environment and reduces the work load of the staff which is of reference for the similar mine or pump station.
