摘要
变量(重量)训练在铅球投掷训练中被广泛使用。轻器械投掷发展专项速度,易于形成良好的动作节奏;重器械发展专项能力效果显著;不同重量器械训练的合理搭配是科学训练的关键。在训练的各年龄阶段、各时期,运用变量训练方法有针对性地选用器械重量、合理地安排投掷比例,能有效满足不同的训练目标。了解变量训练方法在训练实施中的原则和方法,有利于解决铅球投掷训练过程中出现的各种问题,科学安排训练内容。通过分析对铅球投掷训练中变量训练方法的运用进行了全面、深入地探析。
Alternating Mass Drill is widely used in shot put training. Light sports apparatus help to develop speed and rhythmic movement while heavy sports apparatus is useful to specialized force training. The rational use of different sports apparatus is the key to training teaching. The rational use of different sports apparatus and the rational arrangement proportion of shot putting at different ages, at various stages of their training can achieve different training purposes. Knowing the principles and methods of alternating mass training can help solve all kinds of problems faced during training and arrange training rationally. The thesis explores profoundly alternating mass training methods by analyzing the use of it.
