摘要
青枯菌三型分泌系统的效应蛋白因子是青枯菌致病的主要决定因子之一,三型分泌系统能将效应蛋白因子直接注入植物细胞内。为了解和掌握烟草青枯菌效应蛋白因子的信息,在烟草青枯菌FQY_4全基因组序列的基础上,通过效应蛋白因子数据库和软件分析了FQY_4株系的效应蛋白因子。结果显示,青枯菌FQY_4的染色体和巨大质粒上共编码74个效应蛋白因子,其中大多数效应蛋白因子只有一个拷贝,但是RipT,RipAM和RipTPS有多个拷贝,RipJ在染色体和巨大质粒上均能编码;青枯菌4个种系型(PhylotypeⅠ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ)中已完成基因组测序的11个株系具有32个核心效应蛋白因子。
The effector protein of type Ⅲ secretion system in Ralstonia solanacearum is one of the major factors affecting the pathogenicity of Ralstonia solanacearum, the effector proteins could be directly injected into plant cells by type Ⅲ secretion system. In order to know the information about type III effector proteins (T3Es) in Ralstonia solanacearum, on the basis of complete sequence genomic data of FQY_4 strian of Ralstonia solanacearum, T3Es were analyzed by bioinformatic software and database. The results showed that 74 T3Es were encoded on the chromosome and mega-plasmid of FQY_4, most of them were of one copy only, except that RipT, RipAM and RipTPS were of multiple copies and RipJ was able to encode on chromosome and mega-plasmid. There were 32 core T3Es in the 11 strains with published genomic sequence of four phylotypes (Phylotype Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ) of Ralstonia solanacearum.
