摘要
研究立足于浦东新区各二级综合性医院信息化现状与发展需求,结合国家卫计委和上海市卫计委发布的相关标准,在浦东新区二级医院信息化建设软硬件配置的标准基础上对投资模型进行了研究,研究成果可为政府部门、管理部门和建设单位提供参考。
The research is based on the situation and requirements of the secondary hospitals in Pudong New Area and it＆#39; s referencing the related policies published by National and Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission of the PRC. The research will provide the reference for the government decision-makers, management department and hospitals.
