摘要
信息化医疗服务系统是体现以临床信息管理为主线,以病人为中心的医疗服务模式,从信息化角度树立起建立医院医疗服务体系的环境支撑点,主导医院主动服务患者的理念,以建立和谐的医患关系。另一方面对医院而言,有利于增强医院服务质量和管理水平,提高诊疗效率,增加患者就医率,给医院创造了良好的经济效益和品牌效应。
The E-health service system based on the information technology shows the service model that manifestation of the main line of clinical information management and patient-centered. It establishing the environmental of anchor hospital care system from the perspective of information, and leading the concept that the hospital services patients actively, to establish the harmonious doctor-patient relationship. On the other hand, the hospital is conducive to enhancing service quality and management level, to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment, the rate of increase in medical patients. On this account the hospital can create a good economic and brand.
