摘要
目的:评价数字化三维重建和快速成型技术在马蹄内翻足诊断与治疗中的疗效。方法:采集26例复杂马蹄内翻足患儿足踝部CT断层扫描数据,进行数字化三维重建、快速成型制备1:1三维实体模型,并将其应用于诊治、手术规划和术中参照。结果:所有患者术后随访6-24个月。26例患儿均在三维实体模型指导下完成,手术过程顺利。26例患儿术中所见与术前数字化三维重建模型和三维实体模型的畸形结构变化一致。术前的模拟手术使手术时间明显缩短,减少了术中失血。结论:数字化重建与快速成型技术能够准确和直观地反映复杂马蹄内翻足畸形的立体形态和各部位解剖结构的空间关系,可指导制定手术计划和手术操作。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of digital three-dimensional reconstruction and rapid pmtotyping in diagnosis and treatment of complicated clubfoot disease. Method: The CT scans of 26 patients who sustained complicated clubfoot disease were used for three-dimensional reconstruction and the rapid prototype model (1:1) of the feet and ankles were achieved for clinical practice. Result: The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 24 months. All operations for these patients were successfully performed under the guidance of 3-D entity model. Intraoperative findings was the same as those on the models of preoperative digital 3-D reconstruction and the model of rapid prototyping. Preoperative sham operation shortened the time of operation and reduced the volume of bleeding of operation. Conclusion: Digital reconstruction and rapid prototyping can reveal overall, direct-viewing, exactly display three-dimensional shape of complicated deformity, which can be used for making a surgical plan.
