摘要
本文针对钢结构工业建筑的特殊腐蚀环境,根据水性环氧防腐蚀涂料的防腐蚀机理,探讨水性环氧树脂防腐蚀涂料组分对涂料性能的影响,设计了针对钢结构工业建筑防腐要求的水性环氧树脂防腐蚀涂料体系、底漆配方。通过对设计的涂层体系附着力、硬度、柔韧度、耐化学试剂性能的测试,表明针对腐蚀环境和防腐蚀要求设计的涂层体系对钢结构工业建筑有较好的防腐蚀效果。
This paper aims at the special corrosion conditions of steel-structure constructions and, according to the mechanism of waterborne epoxy resin anticorrosion coating, probes the effect of its components on the property of coating. Based on this, the author designed an anticorrosion system and a primer formula to meet the requirements of corrosion in industrial steel-structure buildings.By testing the adhesion, hardness, suppleness and chemical resistance, it is showed that the designed coating system has better effect on industrial steel-structure buildings.
