摘要
对热电厂所排的炉底渣进行磨细加工成灰渣。测试分析了磨细灰渣的化学成分、相组成以及火山灰活性。试验结果表明磨细灰渣的45μm筛余量控制在10%左右时其品质为最优。将磨细灰渣应用于泡沫混凝土作一研究探讨。泡沫混凝土的多孔结构为磨细锅炉灰渣的应用提供了可能。
The furnace bottom slag in the thermal power station was ground into dusty slag in fine particles.The chemical composition, phase composition and the volcano ash property of the fine dusty slag were analyzed.Application of the fine dusty slag in the foamed concrete was studied.The pored structure of the foamed concrete makes the fine dusty slag possible to be used in the foamed concrete.
