摘要
介绍了一种基于MC1648集成振荡芯片的电感测量装置,利用接入不同的电感和电容产生谐振,输出的正弦波信号分频后接入51单片机,通过测量正弦波信号的周期来测得频率,再计算出相应的电感值显示出来。此方法具有精确度高、测量范围大、成本低廉、易于实现等优点。
This paper introduces a measurement device based on inductive osciI ating MC1648 integrated chip,using access differ-ent resonant inductance and capacitance,output sine wave signaI access 51,by measuring the period of the sine wave sig-naI to the measured frequency,then caIcuIate the corresponding inductance vaIue is dispIayed. This method has high accu-racy,wide measurement range, Iow cost,easy impIementation.
