摘要
在实际中经常会遇到三维连续体和薄壁板壳组成的结构,为模拟其真实力学特性,对其进行有限元分析时需将其分别离散为三维实体单元与板壳单元。即使这两种单元在交接处有共用节点,板单元与实体单元之间的连接由于本身自由度的不同使转动自由度不连续,导致计算结果与实际偏差很大。对实体单元和壳单元交界面节点进行坐标转换,确定适当的独立参数,得到交界面上节点自由度和独立参数之间的转换关系。利用ANSYS软件,使用过渡元法实现实体单元与板壳单元的组合建模。
Three-dimensionaI continuum structure and composition of the thin-waI ed pIates and sheI s are common in practice.To simuIate it's mechanicaI properties,the mechanism shouId be discrete into three-dimensionaI soIid eIements and sheI eIe-ments respectiveIy.Even though they have common nodes at the interface,the resuIt aIso has Iarge deviation from the actuaI situation due to rotation DOF discontinuous caused by the different inherent DOF of different eIement.Through coordinate transformation of nodes at interface,appropriate parameters are specified to be independent.Thus,transIation reIations be-tween node DOFs and independent parameters are obtained.Transition eIement method is empIoyed to achieve the combi-nation modeI with soIid eIement and sheI eIement.
