随着建筑工程项目市场经济化的发展，使得项目的投资规模也在逐渐扩大。建筑项目的增多，使得项目造价控制成为了核心环节。对于建筑工程而言，建筑工程项目的工程造价控制是贯穿于整个过程的，并非只是局限在实施与实施之后的结算两个方面。
