摘要
工程施工阶段的质量、进度、造价与安全是企业关注最多的四大问题，而在造价问题上是否有效地进行控制，直接关乎着企业的经济效益。为实现施工阶段造价得到有效控制，本文笔者对提出施工阶段工程造价控制中存在的问题，对施工阶段影响工程造价的因素进行了分析，并制定了加强建筑工程施工阶段工程造价控制的具体措施。
The quality, progress, cost and safety of engine-ering construction problems that enterprises concerned most, and whether the question of cost is control ed effectively dire-ctly affect the economic benefit of the enterprise. In order to achieve the effective cost control of construction stage, the author puts forward the existing problems in the construction project cost control, analyzes the influence factors of the cons-truction stage engineering cost, and draws up the concrete me-asures to strengthen engineering cost control at the architect-tural engineering construction stage.
