摘要
本文分析了影响道路施工管理因素，并结合笔者多年的工作经验提出个人的措施建议，给道路施工管理者及类似建设工程的同行们提供参考，相互借鉴。
This paper analyses the influence factors of road construction management, and puts forward measures and suggestions combined with the author＇s many years of work experiences, to provide reference of road construction management and construction for the similar peers, learning from each other.
