本文在探讨工程项目造价管理理论的基础上，以实际案例为样本，详细分析和阐述了建设项目竣工验收阶段的造价管理策略，为建筑企业做了管理与决策的参考。
This article bases on the discussion of engineering project cost management theories and takes actual cases as sa-mples to analysis and elaboration of the cost management stra-tegy at the construction project completion acceptance stage in detail and, provides the management and decision-making ref-erence for construction enterprises.
