类固醇受体辅助活化因子SRC-1和SRC-3在乳腺癌组织中表达研究 被引量:2

Expressions of Steroid Receptor Coactivators SRC-1 and SRC-3 in Breast Cancer Tissues

摘要 [目的]探讨类固醇受体辅助活化因子SRC-1和SRC-3在乳腺癌与癌旁组织中的表达及意义。[方法]应用免疫组化SP法,检测43例乳腺浸润性癌、23例癌旁原位癌成分、9例癌旁导管上皮不典型增生及10例正常乳腺组织中SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白的表达情况。[结果]乳腺癌组织中SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白阳性表达率均高于原位癌、不典型增生和正常乳腺组织,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.981、10.065,P<0.05);且在不同组织间SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白表达强度不同,差异有统计学意义(H=5.731、5.646,P<O.05),在乳腺癌中呈高表达,原位癌中有表达,不典型增生和正常组织为弱表达或不表达。SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白在不同手术病理分期、组织学分级和淋巴结转移情况的乳腺癌组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>O.05),但雌激素受体(ER)阳性组SRC-1和SRC-3蛋白阳性表达高于ER阴性组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.217,P<0.05;χ2=12.675,P<0.01),且在乳腺癌组织中SRC-1和SRC-3表达与ER表达呈正相关(r=0.322,P<0.05;r=0.455,P<0.01)。[结论]SRC-1和SRC-3在乳腺癌的发生发展中可能起一定的作用。 [Purpose]To investigate the protein expressions and their clinical significance of steroid receptor coactivators SRC-1 and SRC-3 in breast cancer tissues and their adjacent cancer tissues. [Methods] The protein expressions of SRC-1 and SRC-3 in 43 cases with invasive breast cancer,23 cases with breast cancer in situ,9 cases with epithelial dysplasia in adjacent tissues to breast cancer and 10 normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method. [Results] The positive expression rates of SRC-1 and SRC-3 in invasive breast cancer were significantly higher than those in breast cancer in situ, epithelial dysplasia and normal tissues (χ^2=10.981,10.065,P〈0.05).The expression of SRC-1 and SRC-3 were significantly differ- ent among the four groups (H=5.731,5.646,P〈0.05).There were high expression in invasive breast cancer,a few expression in breast cancer in situ,and weak or non-expression in normal tissues.The expressions of SRC-1 and SRC-3 were not significantly different among different surgical-pathological stages,among different histological grades and with or withont lymphatic metastasis in invasive breast cancer (P〉0.05).Positive estrogen receptor (ER) group had higher expressions of SRC-1 and SRC-3 than negative ER group(χ^2=5.217,P〈0.05;χ^2=12.675,P〈0.01). SRC-1 and SRC-3 expressions in invasive breast cancer were positively correlated with ER ex- pression (r=-0.322,P〈0.05;1=0.455,P〈0.01). [Conclusion] The overexpression of SRC-1 and SRC-3 might associate with the carcinogenesis of breast cancer.
